Requirements for UAE Residents and Tourists : Must submit a copy of their Passport, Emirates Id, and their valid UAE Driving License. Whereas, tourists must submit a copy of their Passport, Visit Visa, and International Driving Permit. -
If you encounter any issues with your car : You can turn off the engine and contact our customer care right away. They will help you in replacing the car. -
Rental Payment and Additional Services : Customers have to pay the full rent along with the deposit. We charge some additional fees if the customers require any additional services.
